In shortest terms, I am a master of habit change. I understand the struggle of trying to transform your health while also juggling the demands of work and everyday responsibilities. It's important to understand that the majority of our behavior is driven by habit, whether we're conscious of it or simply responding to external pressures to stay afloat. This is why making lasting changes can be such a challenge, even when we're fully aware of the need for change and have strong intentions. Unfortunately, many doctors and dietitians lack the time or specialized skills to provide the ongoing support and motivation needed to ensure lasting results. As a result, individuals often fall back into their old, unhealthy habits, even when they know those habits make them feel well, not great. Without the right system, support, and accountability, this dysfunctional cycle continues and can even worsen over time.
